About the Role

Avalook is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our client portfolio across both traditional and blockchain markets. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with proven experience in B2B sales, a passion for creative industries, and a deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building meaningful client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth through tailored sales strategies and strategic partnerships.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, emerging industry trends, and competitive insights.

  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of leads, including studios, brands, content creators, producers, and broadcasters.

  • Proactively reach out to prospects via meetings, email, and LinkedIn/X; identify key decision-makers and evaluate partnership potential.

  • Coordinate meetings between potential clients and the CEO; prepare and organize meeting materials and briefs.

  • Create and deliver professional proposals, pitch decks, and service presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Provide regular sales reports and maintain up-to-date tracking of all business development activities (monthly/quarterly).

  • Meet and exceed KPIs including: new qualified leads, meetings scheduled, revenue from new clients, and quarterly/annual sales targets.

  • Represent the company at relevant networking events, conferences, and trade shows (online and offline).

  • Collaborate with the Founder and Marketing team to design and implement go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products and services.


Blockchain Market Focus

  • Identify and nurture relationships with Web3 projects in need of animation outsourcing to develop or scale their IPs.

  • Establish partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem, particularly with NFT and decentralized IP projects, to explore co-development opportunities and promote Avalook’s proprietary IP.

Traditional Market Focus

  • Engage with companies seeking creative services or IP development support.

  • Form strategic alliances with traditional partners (e.g. merchandise companies, game developers) to expand Avalook’s IP ecosystem.


What We’re Looking For


General Requirements

  • Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher (certification preferred).

  • International mindset: open, adaptable, and experienced in cross-border B2B business development.

  • Strong customer-centric approach with entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop business opportunities through daily outreach and relationship-building.

  • Genuine interest in IP development, animation, film, and creative industries is a strong plus.


Blockchain Experience (Preferred)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the crypto/Web3 space.

  • Proven track record in business development roles for NFT or Web3-related projects.

  • Strong network and credibility within blockchain communities, especially NFT and decentralized content/IP ecosystems.

Web2 Experience (Preferred)

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

  • Background in selling creative services or products is highly preferred.

Working Hours & Office Locations

  • Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 08:30 – 17:30(Required to work on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month)

  • Hanoi Office: Central Point Building, 219 Trung Kính, Cầu Giấy

  • Ho Chi Minh City Office: SGR Building, 167–169 Điện Biên Phủ, Đa Kao Ward, District 1

  • Flexibility required for client meetings, business trips, and time zone alignment.
